Emmanuel supports administrative operations across project documentation, vendor coordination, and internal logistics.
Emmanuel Kwaku Asante is an Assistant Project Manager at MODRN Inc. Working remotely, he assists in the preparation of project schedules, updates submittal logs, files project documents, and supports the preparation of pay requisitions across MODRN's active engagements.
Emmanuel joined MODRN in January 2024, bringing more than eleven years of experience in quantity surveying and cost engineering. Since May 2017, he has concurrently served as Quantity Surveyor at Consar Limited in Ghana, where he prepares tender documents, Bills of Quantities, project schedules, project valuations, interim payment certificates, subcontractor certificates, and project budgets, and supervises works in progress. Earlier he was Quantity Surveyor at Oshdarley Consult (December 2013 to April 2017), preparing tender documents, project valuations, and subcontractor certificates.
Emmanuel began his professional career through Ghana's National Service program in 2011, serving as Assistant Quantity Surveyor at the Development Office of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where he prepared Bills of Quantities and tender documents and conducted site measurements. Earlier in 2010, he was Site Supervisor at Berock Ventures Limited.
Emmanuel holds a Master of Science in Procurement Management in the Construction and General Industry and a Bachelor of Science in Building Technology, both from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is a Professional Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (MGhIS), a Corporate Member of the Ghana Institute of Construction (MGIOC), and holds a Certificate in Occupational Safety (General Industry) from the Institute of Safety and Security / National Council Florida State.
