Nexxn Labs is MODRN's sister company — a small lab building the tools we wish existed on every job site. We're starting where construction loses the most time: documents, communication, and coordination. Quietly, deliberately, with field-tested input from real projects.

First product: MAi — an AI project assistant that reads contract documents, organizes them by CSI division, and answers project questions in plain English. In private development with select MODRN clients.
