Joshua Rossi

Joshua Rossi is MODRN Inc.'s Site Supervision and Site Safety Manager. On active builds, he handles vendor and subcontractor coordination and logistics; executes pre-construction, construction, quality control, and post-construction demands while formalizing project responsibilities; reviews drawings and specifications with the construction team; consults with general contractors on project management strategies and effective implementation; inspects field work for quality and safety; and ensures Maintenance and Protection of Traffic plans, pedestrian safety, and site security from external factors. He also reviews submittal logs and schedules, monitoring status and requesting corrective actions where deviations have taken place to avoid delays.

Joshua joined MODRN in November 2023 after more than six years as Site Safety Manager at Lambo Mechanical, where he promoted and ensured safety on construction sites — administering safety protocols, conducting construction tool-box talks, organizing the complete construction process from planning through delivery, adhering to construction project budgets, and cooperating with construction teams and subcontractors to keep every project goal on schedule.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Medgar Evers College. He is OSHA 30 certified and holds the New York City Site Safety Manager Certification (62 Hr).
